These terms govern your use of bennybookem.com and any content, community channel, or subscription offered by BennyBookEm. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you live. BennyBookEm does not accept subscribers from jurisdictions where this service is prohibited.

2. What this service is

BennyBookEm publishes sports analysis and commentary for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing published by BennyBookEm is advice, a recommendation to risk money, or a prediction of any outcome. You are solely responsible for any decision you make and for any consequence of that decision.

3. No guarantee of outcomes or earnings

BennyBookEm makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee about results. No statement anywhere on this site or in any channel should be read as a promise of profit, a projection of income, or an assurance that past performance will continue. Published records describe what has already happened and nothing more.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed through Whop, our payment processor. The monthly plan is $49 per month. The annual plan is $399 per year. A $1 trial is available for 3 days, after which the subscription renews at the standard rate unless cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel. Your billing date and the amount will be shown to you before you complete checkout and in your receipt.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Whop account, in one step, without contacting anyone and without explaining why. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, resell, republish, or share paid content outside your own use.
• Do not share your account credentials or community access with anyone else.
• Do not represent yourself as affiliated with, or speaking for, this brand.
• Do not use the community channels to harass other members or to sell anything.

7. Intellectual property

All content published by BennyBookEm — written analysis, video, audio, graphics, and the compiled record — remains the property of BennyBookEm. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view it, and nothing more.

8. Termination

BennyBookEm may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Where access is terminated for reasons other than breach, any unused portion of a prepaid period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BennyBookEm's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. BennyBookEm may update these terms; material changes will be notified to subscribers before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

What is collected

• Email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter or create a subscription.
• Subscription and billing records, held by our payment processor. Card numbers are never seen or stored by us.
• Community channel identity — your Telegram or Discord handle — where you join a channel.
• Basic analytics about site usage, in aggregate.

Why

To provide and bill for the service, to send you the content you asked for, to answer support requests, and to understand which content is read. Your data is not sold.

Who it is shared with

Only with processors needed to run the service — payment processing, email delivery, community platform hosting, and analytics — each acting on our instructions. A current list is available on request.

Cookies

A cookie records that you have confirmed you are 21 or older, so you are not asked on every visit. Analytics cookies, where used, are aggregate and non-identifying.

Retention and your rights

Billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Everything else is deleted on request. You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the contact address for this brand.

Age

This service is not directed at anyone under 21 and no data is knowingly collected from them.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your Whop account in one step. No email, no phone call, no retention offer, no waiting period. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing renews after that.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for a period already begun, because access has already been delivered — cancel instead and you will not be charged again. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are refunded in full. After 14 days, an annual subscription cancelled mid-term is refunded pro-rata for whole unused months.

Duplicate and mistaken charges

Refunded in full, without argument, as soon as they are reported.

Before you dispute a charge

If something is wrong with a charge, contact us first — refunds are usually processed the same day. A chargeback takes weeks and closes the account it was raised against, which serves neither of us.

What a refund is not for

Losing calls are not a refund condition. This service sells analysis, not outcomes, and it publishes its losses openly. If that is not what you want to pay for, cancel — that is what cancellation is for.

Everything published by BennyBookEm is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not advice and it is not a recommendation to risk money.

No guaranteed outcomes, no earnings claims

No outcome is guaranteed. No income, profit, or return is promised, projected, or implied. Any record published on this site describes past results only, and past results do not predict future ones.

How the published record works

Every call is recorded when it is published, with the number available at that moment, and is graded afterwards against the final result. Wins and losses are both published, in full, with no filtering by outcome. The number recorded at publication is never edited after the fact.

Affiliate relationships

BennyBookEm may earn a commission from partners it links to. Where that is the case it is disclosed at the point of the link. A commission never affects which analysis is published.
